The stats are alarming. Studies show that more than two-thirds of managers are uncomfortable communicating with employees. Yet employees (especially millennials) are begging for more transparency and greater visibility into their companies and how they make an impact.

Never fear! There are simple things team leaders can do everyday to bridge the communication gap - things that don’t require a corporate-wide initiative to get started. This month, join Teamvibe CEO Justin Ramers who will share some ways you can improve organizational transparency, increasing the trust and engagement of your best employees.
